picnic at Bates Nut Farm, Valley Center...

...we picked up "KFC" & a pumpkin pie for a picnic lunch - and met Kim, Dave, & Carson at the pumpkin patch (Bate's Nut Farm) in Valley Center. It was a nice, sunny day - and the most beautiful & fun pumpkin patch we had ever visited.















Carson woke up just long enough to take a peek at 'all' the pumpkins (we told him he would probably be more excited about it 'next' year!!!). AND, of course, we think he was 'the cutest' little pumpkin in the pumpkin patch...
