- we had a nice time at Tom & Jody's, talking about the fun of opening up gifts from the morning and exchanging more gifts. We ate tamales (delish!), chips & dip, and dessssserts. My mom made some of her famous fudge and gobs, yummy! And Tara made some fabulous cupcakes. It was fun to watch my mom opening some very special gifts this year. Jody & Reina decorated the sweet little tree (in photo below), Victorian style...I think Reina will follow in her nana's footsteps with a talent in decorating. We had a wonderful Christmas day.
